| This is one scam company who really out for money an trouble. I have tried to purchase a lace wig in the amount of $260.00 an i promise to receive my product in 3days. Labelle lace wigs have very bad customer service. Once they get your money they wont answer emails or calls. Also they have a manager by the name of Linda who will sound great over the phone but she is a lying devil. They will ship out wrong products,wrong tracking numbers or some cases you might dont get nothing,their goal is to get your money an play foolish games in the end. I feel this company need to be out of business because its bad business an experience to customers never dealt with them please help I am out of $290.00 i am looking for professional help so this company will not continue their wrong doing What a ripoff? |

| I strongly agree 100% Linda is a evil liar an i went through the same problem, i was told i will receive a wig in 3days please they sent a wig an told me the shipper sent out wrong wig i returned it an linda said she will send mines.. Days went back no calls or emails, when i call from another number lying linda, who claims to be the manager states she tried calling an email.. Also she offer everybody a free wig she doesnt have, an customer service are devils too. Yes Labelle lace wigs are scammers an false advertisers whose business wont last an should be reported to consumer fraud . But in the end my bank got my refund the amount $260 the very next day, It is best to research these lace companies an see if they are scammers before you buy . Ladies lets put them on blast ... sore losers |
