On the phone conversation with Evelyn on May 31, 2011 at 9 pm, she asking me all the credit card information to joint to get the last day promotion to pay monthly without signing a contract, and then she want me to come the next morning to see Turnbull. She told me she will give my information to Turnbull that he could help me to fill up the form. But the next morning when I come, Turnbull is not there and the desk want me to go to see James. Evelyn told me no initiation fee for $25 for the last day of promotion on May. As soon as the charge show in my account on june 2, 2011 for $204.94, I told them I only want to pay my membership for $29.95 monthly. On june 9, 2011 they refund back only 2 times $59.98. I ask to refund it back $25 more and Turnbull willing to refund it back but they asking me to show my bank statement if LA Fitness charge more. Later on when I bring my bank statement I only meet the 2 front desk and they write it down and I ask them to call me back. But no one call me back and when I call them the next day, they all denied it and no refund. I only come 2 week from june 3 - june 16, 2011 for $84.98 plus on july 4, 2011 $10. Total $94.98. I told them that I will go on vacation on june 17,2011. Since they not honest, I am not feel good to see them to come to the club anymore. I just want my money back and I only willing to pay for 2 week only. Evelyn told me that I only pay when I come and no contract. Please refund back my money for $79.98
I am waiting my money back from LA FITNESS for $79.98. Thank you.
