these people tried to put me in jail with a fake check. tried to cash it at the bank. these people should be stopped as soon as possible.
people beware of these people, they will send a check for $986.58 and say you won a sweepstakes. its not real.
you can be put in jail for trying to pass a fake check!

| I got one today, thought it felt wrong and immediately went on line to try to figure out if it was legit. Thanks for the warning I certainly will not try to cash my check. Mine is for the same amount but from Terrence Brown "Promotion Manager" |

I also received a check today 4/13 from Terrence Brown, promotion Manager. The check looks legit until you really look at it. You can see that it's been copied. A strange vertical line runs through the left part of the check and also on the letter. If it were a real cashiers check, there would be no markings on it at all and it would be a heavier grade paper.
I immediately went on-line to look nup Kingway Marketing, Inc. and found a dozen or more fraud complaints. Oh well, I'll keep the check to dream about what it looks like to receive free money. |

| I just received a check for the same amount buy from Ryan Kane...I called the number and they told me to call in the morning...I'm going to report this check to my bank as a fraud check they usually reward u for this...I wonder where these ppl got our info from... Crazy |

I recieved a check today (4/13) from Terrence Brown, Promotion Manager as well. I figured it was a scam because it's in my madien name and I've been married all most 4 years. Also I never enter any type of sweeptakes. Like others I decided to Google them and found several sites stating this if a big scam. They seem to change their name and amounts.

| Hi, I just received the same check and letter about the lump sum earlier today. I'm from Ct. This scam seem to be making its way around the country. What im wondering is what do they get out of your tax recite? The only thing they get from you is that recite. The money you pay for taxes if you did is the states money now. Do they some how claim the money you pay on the taxes for some type of return to them? I'm just trying to figure out how they make money off of it, Any ideas people? Whats the benefit? Can they take numbers of that recite and get your personal info? |

I'm from Massachusetts. Received the same exact check today from "Terrance Brown." They want me to call Aisha Kane to get "further instructions as to how to claim your grand winning." This scam is going around the country. Be careful. If it seems too good to be true...

| Always verufy with the bank that the check is to be drawn from. The check that I received was drawn from BBVA Compass so as opposed to calling Kingsway Marketing Inc, I called the bbank and found that the account had been closed. |
