King & Associates Debra King Violated U.S. Supreme Court Martinez vs.Astrue Christiansburg, Virginia

King & Associates is a disability represenative service to people who are filing for SSD or SSI. I hired them to pursue my SSI case which falls under the Martinez vs. Astrue US Supreme Court case. My benefits were suspended in 2004 due to an alleged fugitive warrant, a warrant that did not and has not ever exsisted. I hired Deb King in 2007 whereupon that, she was privy to all my records and was given by me the documented proof from the Clerk Of Courts office that there was no fugitive warrant. 3 years later in March 2010 I got a hearing in front of a Administrative Law Judge of SSA. On that day in court is when I realized that Deb King did not submit this evidence from the Clerk Of Courts either to the SSA or to the Courts. She just violated 20 CFR. 404.1740, 20 CFR. 416. 1540, 20 CFR. 404.1705, 20 CFR I-1-1-40, rules and laws governing disability represenatives. I later find out that she had consorted with an SSA employee not to disclose this evidence because they do not want to pay back what they owe and to admit guilt. I have spoken to to the Law Firm in California that handled the Martinez US Supreme Court case and they have simply stated that she has broken the law. I have documented proof since then that proves this. King & Associates is not to be trusted, she has been doing this to other clients as well. She is taking advantage of the handicapped by cashing them in for a $3000 government fee. She intentionally, knowingly and willfully violated my rights and rights of many others. She is evil, a fraud and a liar. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN
