It is a well known fact that Kevin Hayes and Lana practice prejudice. Prejudice does not have to be out loud but it can be silent and in regards to them their prejudice may be silent but it is sure and can be seen as well. Here are factors to prove such: Fact 1: Pigheaded and Hardheaded: When confronted about their prejudicial practices in regards to change Kevin Hayes has taken the path of excuse making and has made many different excuses demonstrating an unwillingness, stubbornness and an obstinate attitude when it comes to change. This especially holds true in regards to his website projections with its one-sided complexion dimension where he uses himself and Lana as an example of that one-sided complexion that they want to dominate their site. People who practice prejudice are always those who are pigheaded when it comes to change. Fact 2: Despicable and Perverted Thinking: When also confronted about their practices the owners display thinking that is discriminatory and prejudiced. They do this by demonstrating an uncaring attitude towards correctly changing their ways. When ones shows an uncaring attitude when it comes to one having a need for change then it only shows how despicable they truly are in continuing their ways especially those ways that are discriminatory. In fact Kevin Hayes said this one time to demonstrate his despicable thoughts of discrimination and I quote his response to one exposure made about his ways on the ROR: #21 Owner of Company Front page responce AUTHOR: khersongirls - Weirsdale (United States of America) SUBMITTED: Thursday, August 04, 2011 "If you still believe that your race isn't being promoted on my site. Please feel free to start your own agency for your race or ethic group" Now that's a despicable statement of prejudice. In other words he is telling other races or ethnic groups who request equality in terms of being seen on his site that they do not deserve to be seen because if they do want to be seen equally as his race is mostly seen then they do not have any rights to it because he will not equally and fairly give them those rights. Only someone with despicable thinking and thought patterns of prejudice would speak that way. It can be seen that Lana also follows the same discrimination and prejudicial thinking as well. Her choice processes were initially stained with such perverted thinking and such prejudiced thinking has continued on to manifest itself with her in her actions as well. The truth is that Kevin and Lana are both full of prejudice in their practices and ways. These perverted ways thankfully can be revealed with this report to show all how despicable they and their practices truly are so that they know they will not be allowed to get away with their prejudices and their perversions.
