I know for for certain Asurity Capital Solutions is an upstanding, law abiding company and doesn't "rip" ANYONE off! I have been a client of Kevin Ryder's for well over a year and am using his financial plan, and I am saving THOUSANDS of dollars each year. THANK YOU KEVIN RYDER for saving my family from living on the street! You and your company is the BEST!

| I glad they worked out for you. You are among the very few. In reality, they don't pay their employees half the time which results in high turnover. Also, they run out on their debts instead of taking care of them. A company and its owners should practice what they preach. |

I just logged onto the internet to see how the site was doing and found all this craziness.
I used to work for Kevin’s group AFS and I can tell you first hand that they are not a fraud or a con. I was not paid in full as an employee BUT this was strongly factored by other problems and most definitely not because they were trying to scam anyone or rip anyone off, it just didn’t work out.
I don’t believe these comments or allegations are legitimately clients but rather upset and unpaid employees. Kevin, Jeff and Vic are sincere individuals on a person and business level. Kevin has an incredible heart and Jeff could not take advantage of anyone if his life depended on it. They are trying to tackle a very difficult task, what they do is not easy.
It really stinks that people cannot just let bygones be bygones and let these guys make this work. Slandering their names will not get you paid any faster. They are truly trying to help people not hurt them. I know it’s not fair to not pay employees what they are owed but again, I do not believe this was the intention at any point. Please you guys do as I have and let it go. We have better things to worry about.
Please trust me about my statement as they are true.
As for the Oklahoma report, I don’t know? BUT I believe I know Kevin well enough to know it’s not in his nature as I have learned over my lifetime that there is always 2 sides to every story. Who knows what really happened.

I liked all who worked there very much and still do. I’m sure you know who this is so please don’t be angry with me but this is more than an eye for an eye this is plain mean. You have to forgive and forget it is necessary to grow. |

| This is all so sad. What kind of wicked person would hire and use good people with no intention of paying them? I don't believe this was the case. I believe that sometimes bad things just happen. However Kevin made a concience decision to lie to every employee he had at Asurity Capital Solutions about the status of their pay. Had he been man enough to level with everyone and let them all know exactly what needed to be done to keep the doors open and payroll flowing everyone would've pushed through it and made it happen. We had a fantastic team. I do not believe it is in Kevin or Jeff's nature to harm anyone but once one lie is told you have to tell a lot more to cover the initial lie and it spun completely out of control. Everyone that worked for ACS knows that the product is amazing and can help many people. Kevin is not taking advantage of clients or deceiving them in any way. It's all layed out for them to see and if they don't like it then they don't buy it's that simple. The people that were taken advantage of were the ones that showed up to work before either Kevin or Jeff each day and gave 200% with high hopes that it would pay off and belief that they were truely working for a solid company. The same people who showed up to work Monday morning to find the offices empty without notice or pay. I hope that once Kevin's business does take off (because it will) he remembers all of our hard work and maybe one day we will receive a GOOD check in the mail because I believe that it is in his nature to try to fix what he has broken. |

I was hired on to work for Asurity Capital Solutions and worked for almost a whole month and never got paid. Not only that, but my personal number was given out to differenet vendors and they started calling me trying to collect on money that was owed to them by the so-called company. Kevin and Jeff are scam artists who are trying to make a living ripping people off and only digging themselves a deeper hole.
The idea they are pitching is a good one, but it takes business people with real determination, motivation and a conscience to pull it off and neither Kevin nor Jeff have what it takes. These men will never succeed and will continuing pulling people into their scheme and messing things up in other's lives. |

| And if you can't even spell and use proper grammar when trying to defend these people, how do you expect to be taken seriously? As far as I'm concerned, it's likely Jeff or Kevin validating what they are doing. |

I got ripped of by Kevin... just heard from Jeff and he "claims" to have been ripped off by Kevin, too. says he relegated to working at Walmart, which I don't believe.

Wish y'all would leave a contact so we can go after Kevin together. I tried the jeffco sherrif and the deputy told me that giving bad advice is not illegal. Said to go to small claims. If ENOUGH of us complain, maybe we can get the LAW to work for us. But all the anonymous complaints won't do anythying.
