this is my report about my boyfriend at a piece for crap company. lets start off that my boyfriend worked his butt off for this comany, and got treated like crap. here is the story. my boyfriend worked that wkend and he had problem with a driver that wouldnt do what he was told. he told his boss ross the issue and told him to figure it out. he then figured it out and went home for the day thinking it was good to go from there. Then monday morning he went in the work at k and b and remind u his head boss cory was having issues that were not work related and was angry about whatever was going on. i dont care what the issues were but u dont take ur problems to work with u. so he went into work monday morning and cory called him back and said that asked him why he comes to work and he told him for a paycheck which wasnt the right answer but was honest about what he said and wasnt going to lie. ok befor this happend cory was yelling at him infront of everyone and then pulled him into office and yelled again stating that he was fired because failure to follow company policy. i guess the driving that he was having problems with didnt do what he said to do over the wkend.
He was then told to leave. he filed for unemployment and of course the fought it. they had interview over phone and ross was stubbling all over his words. he couldnt even tell jugde why he was fired when he was fired and HIRED THERE. they even submitted forged documents into evidence. a few wks later he got paper in mail stating that he won his case.
just want to let everyone know to stay away from this company that have no idea how to run a business. many of the other reports on this sit are true. they run people and driver of hours, and faslify log books and my boyfriend can attest to that. he work there for 3 and a half years and he was treated like crap everyday.
