i have had problems with this company - looked at my online banking only to find money taken from my bank account from them - i contacted my bank and they told me that its not fraud as i gave my details volentary - but apparently in the terms and conditions in small print it says that they will take monthly charges. i told the bank that i had not received anything for these charges - it seems there is nothing i can do - i just dont want anybody else to go through this - it should not be aloud - the complaint is ongoing. michelle. |

ordered the free trial inline and was happy to pay the shipping fee. Product arrived quickly but I flung that it was unsuitable for me. Emailed the company from their website 4 times but received no response. Called the number in australia only to be told that they no longer dealt with jeuveneu and had not done so for quite a number of months.
The lady also told me that I was one of about 50 like calls she has had to deal with.
finally called my bank to have any further deductions stopped and to dispute the already deducted amount.
would suggest that you do not deal with this "Free Sample" offer without realizing that they will automatically deduct an amount of almost 100.00 from your account, which will quite likely continue each month. My banker says that this is often how these things work.

Thankyou for your posts, i am one of the lucky ones thanks to you guys, i was able to get to my bank and the only way to stop the scam is to cancel your credit cards and start again with a new one. I hope this will help you all. Polly |

Ditto Polly!
And I also give my thanks to the guys who have reported it here. God knows how much money I would have lost...
Unfortunately with a debit card money can still be taken after the card has been cancelled. The only way to stop this is to close your bank account.
If you have signed up to the free trial get to your branch NOW.
I called Juvenue today. They hung up on me!!! |

Hi, I also asked for a sample at $1.99 and have been debited several times inspite of me complaining to the bank and asking for it to be stopped and also having contacted Juveneu by e-mail. I have now been debited again - and wanted to complain again - which is how I found your website. Thankyou very much!!!
I have now cancelled my card - it's a shame the banks can't coordinate on such an obvious claim and investigate with the police instead of leaving everything to the customers again!!! Great work Banks!!

Have just discovered this scam- comments like close bank account is the only way to stop this if you have a debit card is absolutely staggering. I will contact my bank ASAP . I really hope I don't have to do this. the only ray of light for me is I have yet to be debited a second time - wish me luck and thanks for comments.
the email I got from Juveneu says its lines are open 24 hrs won't even try that - thanks Loni

I spoke to an idiot from this company tonight. I was never provided with terms and conditions. All I knew was that I was paying postage for a free trial and then low and behold I find debits of up to $150 on my credit card today. I told this idiot that it was a scam and he, of course, flatly denied it.
Beware of these scammers...I know nothing in life is free, I expected a small tube or sample not what they sent. Their advertising is false and misleading. I cannot state 100% but I am inclined to think that I saw the ad on Facebook.
BEWARE is all I can say! |

Hi guys...thank you so much for your comment on this company... I hate when I do something like this and feel how thick I am not to check... Like yous I thought it was a small sample tube... So i have cancelled my a visa debit card... Cancelling this is ok... Is it a debit card that I need to cancel my account.??? So I have been in touch with my bank and need be I will cancel my account tomorrow... |
|

Hi guys... I phoned them just now and got through a man called Ray... He has guaranteed that it will be cancelled immediately but better safe than sorry I am cancelling my account tomorrow. My bank has said that once I cancel my debit card it should be ok, that it with visa cards themselves the transaction can carry onto a new card but not with visa debit... but I aint taking any chances... so grateful to the people that put this up...thanks...:) |

Yes, today received my credit card bill with the full payment that was concealed in the terms and conditions rather than the trial pack price that I thought I had signed up for.
Spoke to my credit card company they said it was a legal charge, their advice get back to Juveneu and get a cancellation number which I did. My credit card company said if I get another charge they will stop payment.
I have phoned the uk number and have my cancellation number, I have also written to the Active Crest Ltd office address on my invoice confirming this number and cancellation.
Hope this helps. |

i to fell for juveneau anti-wrinkle scam had £57.99 taken from my bank account a couple of weeks after initial
$1.99.my bank are sending me two forms to try and get money back, keep fingers crossed. |

I 've experienced the same. Got the "trial bottle" for USD 1.99 and have since recieved two debits on my creditcard of USD89.66 and USD84.71. The Australian number just goes to an answerservice that says the office is not open. I haven't even been able to locate an email address as when you use the "contact us" option on the website you don't see what the email address is. I am cancelling my creditcard to stop further amounts being taken out. LeighA |

Oh dear! I was beginning to think there was something dodgy about Juveneu as I haven't received anything since ordering a week ago. I also ordered a sample from Relift at £4.95 at the same time as I was advised. From what you all say it looks like I have double trouble on my hands! I now see that I have been such a fool to have been misled this way. I will be contacting my bank as soon as they open and reporting them to Facebook as well as that is where I saw the ad. |

Also requested a trial sample in August but nothing arrived and at only $1.99 its not something you miss but when a deduction of $83.13 is made on 14/09/11 and another deduction of $92.33 is made on the 29/09/11 directly from your credit card then you sit up and take notice. Considering NOTHING has been received from this company, how dare they blatantly help themselves to my credit card funds twice in less than 2 weeks? Am yet to discover if further deductions have been made this month and ultimately, I will now have to cancel my credit card and endure all the hassles that will involve. So not cool!! Gabriele. |

I have fell for the same scam I have bought the bottle of Juveneu for 2.10 and Kunulift for 4.18 and I received this product a week ago and when I saw on the internet re: scam I called my credit card company and luck was with me because they tried to take some more money but there was not enough on my credit card for the amount they wanted. Now tomorrow I will cancel my credit card. I will never order from the internet again this was my first and last time.

I have also fallen for this scam, it seemed to be linked to a collagen cream. I thought it was the same company. When I got my credit card statement they had already taken £54 the day after I received the free sample, a tiny satchet. I phoned my credit card company and they told me a further £75 has now been taken as well. I have cancelled my credit card and they are sending me a form to reclaim the money. I have not received any cream.

I wish I had read all of this before I got involved with Juveneu! For all of you out there that are thinking to take advantage of this trial offer -- PLEASE DON'T!! I placed my order on October 31st -- have yet to receive my trial sample as of today -- November 17th. However, I noticed that my credit card was charged $84 for my next shipment. I immmediately called to complain, that I have yet to receive my sample...and that they did not hold up to their part of the agreement, by shipping out the product, before I even had a chance to use up my trial days.
I spoke to a lovely, pot smoking, gent by the name of Ryan. (At the end of the conversation, I actually told him that he was in the wrong profession, and that it wans't cool to smoke pot before going to work...that's how condesending he was to me, his customer.) Anyways, dear Ryan confirmed that my trial was enroute and that I should be recieving it in the next 3 - 4 days. Funny, he thought there was absolutely nothing wrong with this scenario. Imagine that!
I demanded to speak to another customer service rep, manager, anyone else but him...funny, the entire company seemed to be in meetings.
I have never delt with such a frustrating, incompetent company in my life. Believe me, any claims they make are not worth the wrinkles you'll get in dealing with this moron!
