jumpforfun.com Bounce House Company Horrible Product and Service Compton, California |

This company should not be in business at all. Their customer service is atrocious and their product is faulty. We rented a jump house for a house full of kids over the Thanksgiving holidays in Irving, TX. First, the driver who came out to install the bounce house could not speak any English; therefore, it was extremely hard to communicate. Secondly, the bounce houses was not the cleanest and it smelled. MOST IMPORTANTLy, the product was faulty. After installing the bounce house, it kept blowing the electrical fuse at our house. We kept trying different outlets outside the house and inside the house and the same thing kept happening over and over again. We called to request a new bounce house and were told they couldn't get us one. The problem was NOT the house's electrical outlets. We rented bounce houses many times in the past and NEVER had this problem. We even tried outlets at our neighbor's house. The problem was obviously the equipment they were providing. The bounce house was inflated roughly 25% of the 2 hours that we rented it - a total disappointment!! We called and called to get part of our money back but were treated horrible. They were totally rude on the phone acting as if it was our faults the bounce house didn't work properly. We had to talk to FOUR total people over a course of one week and none of them were apologetic or accommodating at all. THE WORST was when they finally offered to give us 10% off of our next rental. WHAT A JOKE!! As if we would ever rent from them again. Not only was it a total waste of money it was also a total waste of our time when we were trying to entertain company and when we had to keep calling and talking to different people about giving part of our money back. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! In addition to all of that, this company does not provide any sort of address on their website - only a 1-800 number. I called to request a corporate address and they refused to give me one. I was speechless - I have never heard of such a thing. They claimed they couldn't give out their address because their competitors would try to spy on them due to jumpforfun being such an outstanding company. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. One of the people on the phone claimed he was the owner's assistant and was totally inappropriate to me over the phone. He said $200 is not that big of a deal and I should just stop and enjoy the day and forget about it. His tone was completely facetious and sarcastic. When I politely told him that his attitude and tone was inappropriate he proceeded to harass me and said "love you babe, we'll do lunch sometime." I was disgusted.
