Journeys Shoes
Journeys Shoes kids shi refused to take back a pair of unworn shoes claiming damage had been done cary, North Carolina
25th of May, 2011 by User863989
I recently perchashed shoes for someone, and they didn't like them. When I called the employees said it would be fine to return them. When i got to the Cary Towne Center location, they claimed the shoes had been worn. I guess minimum wage makes you an expert on things lke that. When I asked to speak with a manager, to my surprise it was an 18 year old girl named Jessica Hinton, the same girl I had already spoken with. I expected there to be someone there of being able to take care of the situation. I was wrong. Jessica accused me of being trilaer trash and wearing them before returning them. The assistant there tried to instigate a fight with me because I told them i would be calling the head office and discussing the matter. The head office offered to let me mail them the shoes, and then send me a refund for the shoes and postage. No remorse
