On going investigation regrding business dealings undertaken By Joshua M Kerrigan

Review investigatory of Florida Underwater Land Lease Rules and asscociated Federal Regulations
that pertain specifically to illegal Marina operations and activitys in South Florida. Captain Jushua Kerrigan Emt-P,aka Yacht Management Inc.,Yacht Management South Florida INC.,&
Lighthouse Marina Managent stated to having no alternative but to not remove unsafe substances from dock pier , "there is nothing I can do, and do not contact the authoritys" This decesion along with many other well documented non performa has continued to endanger the lives of individuals by willfully neglecting to take emiediate action to avert a potentially life threatning situation. A complaint was filed with Broward County to remove the individuals and the starving animals
from the Marina facility located in Pompano Beach Florida, nearest the Hillsboro Inlet Bridge on east side of ICW, 1/2 block south on the east side of A1A, "Porta Grande" advertised with Yacht Management Inc. contact Daniel,ie: agent dockmaster. Documented discriminatory tactics,unfair deceptive business practises, unfair and illegal business activitys

Documented fees collected not part of any contractual obligation that were collected as asscociations which is exhortive tactical in scope .
As stated in evidence collected asscociation fess for no profit or non profit asscociation. Vessel owners and operaters are advised to screen all Captains for hire for proper regulatory knowlege and disclosure in writing of Florida Underwater Land Lease for purposes of legal fair dealing liveaboard status South Florida.
