| Joshua Leventhal scammed me out of $8000 promising to find a rent to own home or finding an investor to finance the home,we would pay a monthly rent to the investor,of which 30% of the rental price would go toward us purchasing the house in 2-3 yrs.We found a house,put $7000 downpayment on it.Josh said the investors backed out,we would have to find something else,we did,the same thing happened.He had us believing him,he said he had access to thousands and thousands of investors,yeah right!Finally after 7 months and countless homes and many of Josh Leventhal's pathetic excuses,I told him to refund my money. First he said he had to contact his accountant,which was probably him,and he would have to cut me a check.Then as time went by I contacted Josh again.This time he said my money was "tied up".When I asked about that he said he was closing the company and filing for bankruptcy.What he didn't tell me was that he had already filed bankruptcy 3 months before taking my downpayment money and that he had the bankruptcy dismissed 3 months AFTER he took my $7000 downpayment money.How the h*ll is that legal?When the going gets tough and people start demanding their money back when Josh doesn't deliver,does he file for bankruptcy? Bankruptcy court is for people who actually are having trouble,not for people who steal money from people promising a service they have no intentions on following through on.Just the people who have posted complaints on various sites,he owes a shitload of money to.This guy has got to be stopped and I,for one am not going to take this sitting down.We will fight with everything we have bbecause while we wonder where we will be living,Josh is sitting home in his big expensive house,doing deals on the computer,screwing more and more people.I think he knows that he is in serious trouble and it is just a matter of time before he will have to face a judge. I had been calling him daily,with no response,finally he called me back,he didn't like my posts,oh well,everything I wrote is the God's honest truth and he knows it.He wants me to stop writing my complaints.No way,when I get my money I will go away.No scammer is going to call my home and threaten to come to my home to see me face to face,I take that as a threat.Of course,he doesn't have the guts to come here,I wish he would,I would love a chance to look him in the eye and tell him what I think of him.As far as Josh calling me a b*tch,I guess you can say that because if someone screwed you out of $8000,Josh I bet you would be a b*tch too. As far as channel 12 investigators visiting you,I told you when you refused to give me my money back,I was going to call them,I guess you thought you could intimidate me but guess what,You don't intimidate me in the least.I am not a thief,I don't make a living stealing from people ,like you do.I can sleep at night knowing that I am a good person.I don't have much in life,but I have friends,how about you?What gives you the right to decide who you scam and for how much you scam them for?Every dog has his day and hopefully the dog I know as Josh,will have his day very soon.You deserve to be behind bars for what you have done and continue to do! |

Anyone thinking about using the company Rent2OwnDealz needs to change their mind fast!
This company is owned by Joshua Leventhal and he is a thief!
He will con you out of your savings account with promises he has no intention of keeping!
His last company, "Rent2OwnConnect" was run out of business because of all the negative feedback he got online.
He owes tons of people $$$thousands of dollars and is trying to escape justice by simply changing the name of his company!
