I went through a training workshop with this group. There are 3 parts to the training. Part 1 and 2 are $1000.00 and Part 3 is another $1500.00. I paid for Part 1 and Part 2 and completed those workshops. When I signed up for Part 3 three they offered a payment plan for the 4 weekends or you could pay up front. The owner of the business asked that we pay up front if we could because there were some people that wanted to go through the program that couldn't afford to pay at that time. She even offered a $100.00 discount as an incentive to do so. I completed 1 of the 4 weekends and was unable to continue the 2nd weekend because of scheduling conflicts with work. At that time I told the owner that I would not be continuing. She told me I could continue another workshop at another time and wouldn't have to pay to go through those parts again. When I asked for a refund she offered me $200.00 of the $1400.00 I paid. Considering there are 4 weekends and I attended 1, that seems a little unfair. Furthermore, I later discovered that she had refunded other people that were involved in the seminars after their first weekend but asked them to take a $300.00 loss on their funds for backing out of the programs. She told me I could have $650.00 to transfer to use in another part of her program but that I could not be refunded the money. When services were not rendered and I did not complete the program and she has refunded others, I do not understand why the owner is being discriminatory against me and my family. I also have asked her repeatedly for the contract that she states I signed and have yet to receive it from her. In addition my mother in-law and father in-law went through the program and wife who all paid $4500.00 together. Also, my mother-in-law enrolled approximately 11 people who also went through her workshops paying another $11,000.00 to her. Instead of being reasonable the owner is unreasonable and unfriendly. She pretends to be concerned with people and changing their lives and instead she just takes their money and doesn't care how it affects them. I think she thinks that I don't need the money so she doesn't find it necessary to refund me. She shows up to and hosts political events trying to enroll the mayors and commissioners when she cannot even vote in the US because she is a resident of Sweden. |
