Received letter saying he could give me number for large lottery win with the help of Soraya and he would charge me nothing but I must pay for her time the low cost of $24.00. The was a secret envelope I was not to open for 1 month and after the 1 month the numbers would be there. I threw it away and now 40 days later I received a past due notice stating I owed $24.00 and if not paided right asway they would have to add a late charge. I wrote back saying that I was reporting them and that I had never request any information from them.

| Received a snail mail from this character and he wanted my Fathers name. So I sent him his name and I got a letter saying that he had some woman do an analysis and she charged him a fee that was on my behalf and for me to send him the cost of the fee. Now he keeps sending mail and adding fees added to the first fee. Scam artist of the highest order. He needs to be put out of his scamming business for good. |

| My grandmother recieved the same type of thing, it looks like a past due bill and she was about to pay it, fortunately we intercepted it. This type of crap is illegal, especially if it goes through the US mail, sure wish they would get off of their asses and do something about it. |

| Here is what you do with this jerk. He sends envelopes that are no postage due if mailed in the us. So take some paper and fold it to make a pouch, fill it with some pebbles, include a note that says "quit ripping people off" and nothing more, seal his envelope and drop it in the nearest blue box you can find. Here is what happens, not only will this guy get charged for the regular 44 cents to mail a stamp, but he will also get charged with the extra weight. It will probably only cost 80 cents or so per piece, but if enough people do it, he will get the message. |

| I know this is a scam but he keeps sending requests for payment regarding a so-called "analaysis" and claims to damage my credit if I don't pay...This is extortion...Has anybody else received the same threat to "ding" your credit?? |

| I have now received the same billing from this jerk . Now a late fee for some bogus service by some woman of above name "Soraya " I will send him the pebbles. What he is doing is not legal but how is it he has these no postage due envelopes ? I suspect this is to give the appearance of being legit. in hope s of scaring us into paying him . I don't know why I ever bothered to open or sign anything from him . I thought it harmless at the time, was feeling broke and did not really take it seriously. |
