Joseph Cairone 3 Leatherleaf Court AOL and Huffington Post take forever to load content and waste my valuable time. Internet |

I am writing to complain about AOL and Huffington Post News Services. AOL was my original E-mail service many years ago. I still retain AOL for ease of attachments and similar ease of use, the fact it is cloud based and similar features I use and enjoy. AOL has my largest E-Mail database. Huffington Post as a partner/owner of AOL has caused a major slowdown in content delivery and is ruining my AOl experience. If I want to read some of the postings, articles and especially the photos or opening page links of Huffington Post/AOl they take forever to load or a majority of the time never load at all. My AOL gets locked up causing me to log off and open AOl again. The slideshows are so slow to respond or properly work and link up I rarely watch or view them. Many times they may be news items I find of interest or want to read. Many times they also lock up and I have to restart AOL. Visually and feature oriented, I like AOL and Huffington Post. The slowness of the site makes me want to drop the site and then the advertisers lose as I will search and purchase from the links and advertisers from time to time. I have been using AOl more than other sites and E-mail but this has changed due to slow or locked up service. It is not my Internet provider, FIOS has been robust and very good and reliable. My time is valuable and I plan to bring suit against AOL and Huffington Post for their poor service to compensate me for my lost time and repeated rebuff and failure of AOL and Huffington Post to respond to me to improve service or repair their software problems. I grow weary of being refused. It is impossible to speak to anyone to help AOL or Huffington Post fix their own problems. I have tried all other remedies and they even ignore my mailings. My Internet service is robust and I have no problem with other E-mail or content delivery services but AOl and Huffington Post. I welcome any attorney willing to to help file claim against AOl and Huffington Post for wasting my time, repeatedly. Thank you. Joseph Medford, NJ |
