I used this company to pack me up in Oregon when I moved three months ago to South Carolina . To begin with, they mis-weighed my things. Since I had moved from Alaska , I knew what it weighed. They re-weighed it when I complained and then wanted to charge me for it. I was quoted one price, then the price kept changing, depending on who I spoke to.
I told them two weeks ago that I wanted my things on July 2. Now I find that they haven't even left Oregon , and the woman on the phone told me to "stop calling and asking about when [I} would get my things!"
I will NEVER deal with this company again, and only hope that I will receive my things by their new delivery date, the 14th of July. I've been living in an apartment with nothing in it for three months! There is NOTHING professional about this company! In the past two days I have received an extremely unprofessional letter from this Emily of this company, which states in part "The driver will collect the following balance in full prior to unloading $1739.80 THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS

I told them two weeks ago that I wanted my things on June 28.
And I received a new invoice today wherein they expect me to pay an additional $300.
I have their original agreement, a "final" invoice dated June 9, 2011, and all other pertinent information. I don't know where my things are, they have cost me work time because they should have delivered my items in June and didn't. I have no idea when to expect it, and now they want another $300 just because. I am filing with everyone and hope that you can do something about them. I suggest you visit these sites for more complaints regarding this company: http://www.ripoffreport.com/
and . As you will note, I am not the only consumer who has been treated shabbily by this company.
