Jon Bell and Glyn Perry AKA as convicted criminal Glyn Keatley has taken many clients funds with the promise to fund their projects after the receipt of funds to pay for "appraisal" of the real estate asset. They continue the charade for several months with promises of documents, receipt of paperwork, even go as far to state the funds have been wired. The persist to have the client wire the funds within a certain amount of days then once funds have been received they will respond to your emails and texts however intermittently and no immediate response other than "due to arrive within a few days, en route and should be delivered any day". These men are mastermind criminals and have worked this system before. Glyn Keatley has been convicted of this type of crime before and has served a sentence for his actions however apparently once a criminal, always a criminal. Although his thievery is for less money than previously- it's still with the intent to defraud innocent business owners with the hopes of getting their dreams funded. There is ample documentation available on the web about both of these persons including photos. If you are a victim of this crime please call the NJ attorney generals office and file a complaint to what has already been opened for further investigation.
