Please do not hire Lawyer John Smith who is without a doubt the worst attorney in San Francisco City, and possibly the world. First of all his broke-ass office located at 4 9th Ave #1558, San Francisco, isn't even his - he shares/rents space from a Chinese Restaurant and that's why his office always smells like pure ass. Second he overcharges because he doesn't know anything - if you look him up he just got admitted to practice law 2 years ago, couldn't find a job because his grades sucked, so he had to start a law firm because no one would hire him. He is the biggest dumbass in the world because even though he claims to be an lawyer, he actually knows NOTHING about law other than to take your money, lose your case, never returns your phonecalls or emails, and gets you deported at the end of the day. He took $5000 off of me and then never called me back, and instead put his stupid paralegal on the phone who abused me and called me racist names. Please don't hire this bastard unless you want to get cheated and taken for a ride. If you have already hired this lawyer, do a charge back on your credit card, or file a fee dispute with the Fee Dispute Committee who can be reached at (212) 247-6549 or simply file a small claims lawsuit against him by visiting 123 Centre Street Clerks Office. Let's shut this lying scumbag down before he does more damage to innocent clients. And don't forget to file an attorney disciplinary complaint against him by calling (213) 441-0703. Good luck.
