John Francis Burroughs, residing in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is a 47 year old convicted felon (with multiple felony convictions including ongoing criminal activity along with over 20 civil case convictions) who presents himself online as a “mandate” for a petroleum supplier. If you want a copy of his criminal and civil convictions, then call the Pottawattamie District Court House or go to (http://www.pottcounty.com/government/recorder/recorder-search.php) for an online background check. This 6 foot 4 inch white male is a pathological liar (a loser who still lives with his parents), time waster, a scammer, who will take your money in a New York second! (Note, however, that he only lies when his mouth is open.) This smooth, soft-spoken conman is a classic snake in the grass type, whose rap sheet is literally as long as your arm. Never give this man any money under any circumstances. Never do business with this man unless you’re an absolute masochist! His company is PTG LLC and can be found on numerous B2B portals. He has nothing to offer except lies.
