In the summer of 2010, I paid John Anderson, the founder of the Good News Society and now the , $500 for co-op leads that I have yet to receive. I have asked / pleaded with him numerous times to get me those leads. I asked him after it had been several months since I placed the order, "Do you ever intend on providing those leads that you promised"? He said he was and to be patient. Well, It's been well over a year since I paid him the $500 and I still have not received even one single lead. Eventually I stopped asking for the leads, All I wanted was my $500 back. He said he wouldn't do it because he spent a lot of money on trying to put an email type lead generation system together but it never materialize. He said he paid a guy to design the system but that he died. He said don't worry I fully intend on getting you those leads. I told him I needed the leads way back before my house was going into foreclosure. I told him I don't want the leads any more since you left the Good news Society to start a another program (Million Dollar marketing Machine) and while leaving your entire team behind, that is unless they were willing to move to his new program and cough up a $1000. Since I was out of money and no longer trusted him, that wasn't an option. John Anderson or John in Florida is a compulsively liar. He over promises and under delivers. Here's what really gets me...... I paid him $1000 to get involved in his cash gifting program. I paid him another $2500 when he added a another level to it. You would think a guy I paid over $3500 to plus another $500 for the co-op, would refund a measly $500. Especially when he claim's he was making over a $100k per month. Who ever is reading this, if you are thinking about joining one of his programs, DON'T DO IT!!!!!! He is an extremely smooth talker. Most con men are. That's how they gain your confidence and make you think they only want to help you succeed, but in reality all they want is to get into your wallet! More examples about how he over promised and under delivered. Shortly after I joined the Good News Society, I began to notice a pattern developing. He has this tendency of promising things and never delivering on them. Here a are just few things he promised.... He said he was going to build us a new capture page. Nope, never happened! He said he was going to record the training calls and place them in the back office. Nope, never happened! He said he was going to do a recorded Q & A Call, create a new Presentation, give us Coop leads etc. Nope, never happened! He made incredible claims that he was making over a 100K in one month, yet he couldn't afford to refund my $500. Maybe he did make that kind of money, I don't know. All I know was I couldn't rely on his word. Slowly but surely I realized that couldn't be trusted. John, will probably say that I am complaining because I never succeeded with his program. He's right! I never did very well in his program. Lost about a $2500 in his program. One of the reasons why I didn't succeed in his program was this, I was running out of money and therefore I couldn't afford to advertise any more. The other reason I didn't succeed was I stopped believing in John and in the program. I can't promote what i don't believe in. Some can but I can't! I have a real hard time believing in something when promises and assurances aren't kept. I am not like John, I want to help people not hurt people. So when things don't happen like they are promised, then doubt rises up in me and I can't recruit people into a program I no longer believe in. This Ripoff Report wouldn't have been necessary had he just refunded my $500. All he had to do was do the right thing, but he couldn't even do that. Stay away from him and any program he is involved with. I don't want you to be in the same place I am in a few months. Please don't you become a victim of this guy or one of his programs. He will leave you high and dry like he did me when I was going through some terrible financial difficulties (Lost my job, Foreclosure etc). Like they say, " Buyer beware"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
