| PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BREEDER! He has so many reports has already been shut down once and is probably going to be shut down once again very soon! I bought my little girl puppy and 2 days later I took her to the vet and he recommended a fecal exam because the puppy was not full of life and was very sleepy the test showed that she was full of worms and parasites I immediately got her medicine and was treating her for a week she has continous dirrahea and was pooping out worms she didnt seem to be getting any better so I took her to the vet and he said that she was still loaded with parasites which was very unusual for a puppy her size and that she must of received them from whomever I bought her from ( MYSPOILEDPUPPY.COM) (JOE LOZANO) I got more medicine and the next morning she slowly drifted off and passed away! I contact Joe Immediately and he said that he would gladly replace the puppy...Can anyone tell me one good reason I would want another possibly sick puppy? After letting him no that I did not want to receive another puppy from him and told him that I would settle for the payments of the vet bills $200 and he agreed as long as I stopped "bashing him on the web" I asked for his email for 2 days he finally sent it to me so that I could email the vet bills after sending it I soon received an email notifying me that the email had failed and that the email address wasn't valid! I contacted him immediately and let him no that it was no longer about the money and that I was going to do whatever I can to get him shut down once again! Please everyone if you are even considering buying a dog from him and his unhealthy puppy mill after reading this please take your time and read the other dozen plus reports about him and everyone else having the same exact problems! Please take Caution and realize he is running a puppy mill and selling sick dogs! I beg you not to buy a dog from this breeder google...joe lozano puppies and read all the reports! |

| I also bought a puppy from this creap. I bought our cute little puppy Amelia on 11/08/11. It is now 11/12/11 and we burried her this morning. We drove to this jerks house (which was a 3 hour round trip for us). We actually got to his house at 9:30 pm. We picked out our sweet girl and listened to his bogus speech about everything we need to do to properly care for our dog. He then went over his "contract" with us. For someone who does this for a living, he was stupid enough to not even fill out his own contract right. We noticed that there wasnt any food or water in the cages and the house stunk. Now that our dog died of parvo, that us exactly what the house smelled like. We signed the contract (on the sellers line because stupid signed his name on buyers line) and left immediately. I was just glad we were able to at least rescue one puppy from that monster. In the car on the way home the dog started vomiting. I thought maybe she was just car sick. Once we got home she continued to vomit. By the next morning she was better so i left her softened food and water and left for work. That afternoon my husband came home and said she was drinking some but not eating. I looked in her mouth when i got home and realized that none of her teeth were in yet. After researching, we found out that teacup maltipoos start getting their teeth at around 5 weeks. Liar said she was 8weeks old and born on 8/7/11. Well doing the math from 8/7/11 to 11/8/11 is a little off from 8 weeks. Since our precious puppy didnt have any teeth we went to the pet store and bought a bottle and puppy formula. She eagerly ate that so we thought she was going to be ok. The next morning, which was Thursday, i work up to her covered in diarrhea and vomit. I texted Joe at 7:39am. I finally called him at 8 after him not responding. He called me back and stated that i was harming my dog by giving her formula. I told him that she was refusing to eat. He said it was probably just stress. I said that she had been throwing up since tuesday night on the way home from his house. He immediately accused me of waiting too long to contact him and that i had voided our contract. He said that if my dog dies its my fault. He then sent me a text stating that i should have contacted him tuesday when the symptoms started. I realized then that this guy was full of bull. He didnt even listen to me or realize that i was the one that got my puppy LATE tuesday night. I left work after this conversation and immediately took my dog to the emergency hospital. Sure enough she was positive for parvo. I took her home with the iv fluids and started treating her at home. She started to do really well with the fluids i was injecting in her back. Unfortunately at 4:30 this morning we awoke to her having a seizure. She seized 2 more times and died in my arms at 6:20. It is my husbands birthday. He had to dig a grave at sunup on his birthday to bury our sweet puppy that we only had for 3 days. Joe Lozano is heartless. He tortures families and neglects these adorable puppies.
