JinYun International trade Co., Ltd kaiyun chen sales manager collected payment but not sent iphone4 till date Internet

I had communicated with this jinyuntrade from DIYtrade.com from here company sent me email promoting his product (iphone4 original). this company fully convinced me as i chat with him on yahoo messenger with his id: [email protected]. Mr. Kaiyun(sales manager) assured me that he will send me phone as i will send him money. that was saturday so he delayed till monday 6 december2010 to send the phone on tuesday 7 dec2010 he gave me tracking number of phone which he send via EMS courrier service which was EE433733591CN . as i tried to check it says there is no tracking information for this number. i again tried to communicate him with his email that is [email protected] everytime he said that have patience but from last 15 days he not communicated at all. i tried to call up his company in china but no response just ring goes on and now number gone out of service. i had also found he put his website under construction. i dont know what action to take. as a proof of payment i m having western union receipt with mtnc no:5465154802. money already picked up. please help me to trace this company the address of the company is NO. 1526 Zhongshan West Road, Public building 10th floor, Shang hai
please help me if you can. if you want i can forward his emails to you as a proof of proposal, sale payment, etc, .
