Signed a proposal on 9-19-11 for interior paint work to be done on a rental home in Holly Hill, FL. Jeff was paid a $200 deposit on 9-20-11 to begin work. I called Jeff on 9-22-11 to discuss some additional work we might need done in the bathrooms and if he was interested. While on the phone, Jeff asked what I wanted to do about the interior wood doors. I stated that we had discussed him painting them andthe had included it on the estimate. After some discussion, he began using profanity, threatened to paint the front exterior door and said he wasn't going to finish the work and wanted to pull out of the job. I asked him to hold for a moment as I was at work and he hung up on me. He is not answering his calls or returning voicemails. I am trying to determine if this can be resolved or if he plans to complete the job. I have been unable to reach him to resolve. If Jeff is unwilling to meet the terms of the contract, I would like him to return the deposit money paid of $200 and the keys to the rental as soon as possible. He seems to have a bad temper and is very reactionary and unprofessional.
