Jazz Solar, Ketan Bhalla Jazz Solars Solutions Inc Fraud in getting government incentives Ottawa, Ontario

Betan Bhally the owner of Jazz Solar approached our company to apply for government incentives know that his company was on the verge of financial insolvency. He misrepresented his company and f withheld financial information with which we would otherwise rely on to make application to government programs. And while we repeatedly asked for this information he lied to us and by so doing put our firm in a very difficult situation with regard to the Programs. We will not be a party to fraud or misrepresentation by anyone and not certainly by Betan Bhall and Jazz Solar Solutions. He has threatened to harm my staff and all or our firm unless he gets a retainer back that we have earned. He has threatened to report us to the media and to damage our reputation as a credible company unless we do what he wants from us - to represent his fraudulent information to government departments. And we are not willing to do that no matter what. We alert others to be very careful in dealing with Beta Bhalla and Jazz Solar Solutions as the information that he provides may be misleading and as a result could damage your reputation and business. As further information is collected we will post this on this site. We want to be factual but we will not be blackmailed by Keta Bhalla or Jazz Solar Solutions to represent him with anyone that relies on factual information. He has treathened my junior staff with the working that he will not relent unless he is paid an amount of money that he is not entitled to. We consider this extortion and criminal. We are not fearful of this con artist. But want to share our experience with others so that they may be aware of his business practice.
