I met Jason rodriguez in 2010 at Gerald Rogers event called the Investor Summit as my business partner and I wanted to get started in Real Estate. We were interested in seeing Jeff Adams and Jason Rodriguez. I never bought anything at the event, but to my surprise I kept getting calls 3 months after the event from Jason's office from his staff for his mastermind type program which costs over 25K. It was my fault to buy it but he made so many promises and I thought he was a credible. He made claims that I could buy properties with no money out of pocket. When we attended this so called life changing event we were greatly disappointed as as the other poster said I ended leaving the event without any money in the bank and we signed up for his 4k/month phone call program which was a total waste of money. On his advice we invested in some properties which over the last year have dropped in value greatly The properties are on the verge of going into foreclosure as he promised us he could get us renters for a positive cash flow which of course never happened. We bought them for over 150K. We wasted 40K for education and 150k for properties which now we are in default. My wife and I have on other recourse but to file bankruptcy. We recently met a gentlemen who has character and that man is Ron Legrand whose advice has helped us earn some of our money back. The financial damage is one thing but the emotional damage is priceless. We were lied to by Gerald Rogers who promoted Jason like crazy as he wanted us to buy his products so he can make a profit I assume. What kind of man brings people on stage with a known history of defrauding individuals. We are close to retirement and wanted to start something new with our savings. Now I have to go back to work and figure out something else. If any of your posters find out anything new. I have since found out Gerald Rogers does not live in Orlando, but has skipped town. This is another red flag that these people promise to change lives but they in fact they are hurting people. If Gerald or Jason sees this post please return my money ASAP
