If you buy in a package you should be the owner of that account once itâ€™s assigned. However, they (Jan Pro Reps) really donâ€™t release the account(s). They are the overseer of all the accounts. Management has given these young adults power that could destroy people lives. Example: I had a customer who asks why those Jan Pro reps continue to come around when you are not having any issues. They (the account reps) really put fear into the clients which makes them feel as though you are a f*ck-up. The frequent visits, and how they assist the client to find problem with the cleaning is NOT helping the situation. Yes, the account reps will show the clients discrepancy in your daily, weekly or monthly cleaning. Itâ€™s as though they want you to flop so they will look good. Currently, there are two reps who really think they run the show. When accounts are lost, they do not take the blame, itâ€™s always someone else fault. Iâ€™ve had clients to tell me they donâ€™t like this one or that one before, and they which he/she would not come around as much. In closing, if they like youâ€¦you are inâ€¦if they donâ€™t you are out! I fought to mention their strategy. They under bid on accounts for retention; however, itâ€™s still not a guarantee. Really, they are bringing down the market, so other will under bid them. I'm there now...
