I joined a co. Jan-L-Mkt,Louisville, KY & sister co. Smartz MKt, El Paso, TX. in Oct.2008. The co. is a Postcard Mailing Multilevel co. The recommended mailing 1,000 or more to start. I ordered 1,200 Postcards with my ID# on them, 1,200 Mailing List Labels, 1,200 27c stamps.I received 12 inquiries, but no one joined. One lady joined, but said the co was a scam because she did no receive her Return Address Labels which is the co's monthly product @ $13cash or $15. CC/CK. The co goes by A2P (a $2.00 program). I requested a refund, but they said they did not give refunds. My wife & I live on Social Secruity & receive about $1,800. p/mo. So this was not a good deal for us. I have filed this complaint so other people rich or poorer will not join this company. If the co sends me my $545.00 refund I will post it on Rip-Off. Please do not join this company.
I truly hope that Lon Lindsey, President of Jan-L-marketing will get a copy of this letter & send my refund, before I put this same info on every Social network blog, the BBB, USPS Fraud Division, Atty Gen of my state, OK & KY. Lou
