James Boles dropped her very important case for which he was paid, lied to the courts and got out a domestic violence injunction to take temporary custody of the baby, lied to the family about her being deported, stole all of her possessions and threw her into the street with her one son. He committed fraud against the courts by getting a Judge who was being disbarred to sign the child off for permanent sole custody in an after hours hearing, ex parte, (neither the defending attorney or the immigrant was present) and got his ex wife to lie to the Judge about threats to "kill him", told the courts that he was going to Chicago and got the next Judge to let him take the child out of the state with the story that he was offered work in Chicago. The Judge referred the entire case to Illinois jurisdiction and James K Boles promptly circled back to the Bradenton court house and asked for child support retroactively, from a different Judge, knowing full well that he was lying to the courts. He owed six thousand dollars in back alimony which was not paid, however he told the courts the she owed child support and got the courts to penalize her with retroactive child support. He took a Judgement owed her for back alimony and said she owed outstanding funds which he told the courts to penalize her for at 11% per annum. The Judges could not be bothered to protect the mothers rights, and could not care less that he was lying to the courts. They were laughing and ridiculing a mother who was being horribly wronged in the system, because she was an immigrant.This is Bradenton Court House Manatee County, Florida. When the case was appealed the Judge threw it out. James Kelley Boles used the legal system to kidnap the child, refused to allow the mother access to the child, and by the time she did get to him, the child was so brain washed and harmed, that he needs a psychiatrist. The mother had to stop visits to her home, forget about custody issues, and drop her son because he was trying to harm her on a consistent basis. The Chicago courts got a child representative involved who was at John Marshall Law school at the same time as James Kelley Boles, and both of them extorted thousands of dollars from the mother who was trying to get visitation with her son.The mother told the Judge but he refused to believe her. The family law Judge discredited the mother and went once again with the disbarred lawyer and his John Marshall law school child rep. (Child reps have been declared unconstitutional because of their bias). This was after all the issues concerning James Boles' disbarrment, fraud, lies theft and constant violations of court orders for visitation were proven, beside the fact that proof was furnished for all of these issues. James Boles always stated that everyone has a price. Clients of his died in strange ways, he was looking for ways to destroy the foreign national and she closely escaped death, and he was also fired from DCF around the death of a child of 12 who weighed 65 pounds. She was under his jurisdiction when he worked as legal councel for DCF, Tampa Florida. This story was reported in the media.

Please everyone out there..make sure that if you come across this vile predatory sociopathyou run in the opposite direction. He studied the law and uses it to harm people. This was one of the aggravating factors of his disbarment. He lives in Chicago and lies to everyone there about leaving for Chicago to help his aging father. In actuality, his father was giving him money each month to the tune of six thousand dollars, because James Boles could not make it in Florida. James Boles also got his fathers house out of him. His father was a retired maximae facial surgeon. His father told everyone that there was something wrong with James Boles and that is why he was helping him out every month. The Chicago courts were not interested in rectifying any injustices. Neither are the Florida courts. Of course,the Florida courts make sure that a statute of limitations are imposed on family law cases, so that nothing can be corrected. The statutes usually run for a year. It does not matter whether there are provable mistakes, neglected by the lawyer handling them. The Judges "dont like" overturning cases even though there are provable frauds and lies...I believe they dont do anything for the people because "the peoples" taxes do not help the court system, the goverment does. Be warned!

Be very vigilent about retaining attorneys. If you see that they are not doing their job get rid of them immediately. They help each other out to the detriment of their clients by doing "just enough" to look as if they are working.Even if they are ultimately disbarred the system still protects them.
