Jackson Law Firm Too many names have been used Time to stop them Jacksonville, Florida |

I have read multiple reports from subscribers with the same story involving Jackson Law Firm, and The Department of Financial Investigations. They have called me numerous times, all hours of the day, claiming I owed CashNet USA. They have also called my place of employment several times. This has been happening for over 1 1/2 years. I've changed my phone number several times, but they somehow seem to obtain it. Also, when they leave a message, the return phone number is completely different, even the area code, from what appears on my caller ID. They've threatened not only to have me arrested, but to have someone at my front door the next morning. Every person that has called has a very heavy East Indian accent, but uses an American name. Yesterday, they called, and I decided to question them as much as I could. They said they were from Jackson Law Firm, 4104 East Way Street, Jacksonville, FL 32282. Their phone number was (786) 533-3031. I asked for something in writing, or e-mail. He told me they didn't send any type of written correspondence. I started first by looking up the area code 786. It is an area code finder, not assigned to a city or state. I then looked up their address, nothing in Jacksonville, FL. I used yellowpages.com to find the complete phone number. Address does not exist. I also placed their address in my search engine. Also received does not exist. My next inquiry involved CashNet USA. This is a payday loan finder, not a lender or broker. The same person, called me today, however, this time he was from the Department of Financial Investigators. Placing the D.F.I. into my search engine lead me to this website. It's time to stop these scammers. Hopefully, a class action lawsuit will develop. I have contacted a lawyer, FBI, and Attorney General and reported these people. For all of us who have been subjected to this scam, let's stop them. |
