Jack Weinzierl Destitue Ding-a-ling or Multi-million Dollar Earner Needs to Compensate His Victims Internet |

Jack Weinzierl is a long time serial scammer. He has solicited his marks with promises of becoming cash millionaires in 28 weeks among other outright lies and gross exaggerations. He has fraudulently passed himself and others off as multi-million dollar earners. I demand he compensate all of us he victimized. Jack Weinzierl has been involved in numerous uneconomic scams and schemes. The most egregious scam was the Advantage Conferences pyramid scheme founded by serial scammer Tim Darnell. Advantage Conferences sued the Dallas Better Business Bureau in District court and they lost in Summary Judgment. 98% of the participants lost money in that scam. Many of those were out around $20,000.00. Darnell and Weinzierl solicited funds for a fraudulent charity, Treasures for the Kingdom. That scam imploded when I exposed it as not being a 501 c 3 as claimed. In a desperate attempt to silence their most vocal critic, Weinzierl and Darnell falsely accused me of making death threats and stalking them. I turned myself into the Allen, TX police and those vicious lies were completely debunked. The two scammers also got involved in a senior life insurance scam and a whole life insurance policy screwball deal that immediately bombed as well. Jack Weinzierl, in a desperate bid to escape a lawsuit in district court filed by one of his elderly victims, declared chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2008 even though he was passing himself off as a successful Christian millionaire mentor all along. Jack Weinzierl's partner-in-scamming Tim Darnell sued me in district court and lost in Summary Judgment. A website using my real name as the url was investigated as a felony. I sued Tim Darnell for that libelous site. The lawsuit was not public knowledge. The slam site presumably disappeared as a result of that suit. Mysteriously, within hours of that slam site disappearing I get an e-mail from Jack Weinzierl himself. Customers of AutoNation should be very concerned that Jack Weinzierl is employed by them. I certainly wouldn't want him to have any access to my credit report or other information. He has been involved in numerous uneconomic opportunities and pyramid scams. There are dozens of threads on discussion sites across the net exposing this egregious scammer. Thousands of pages of the actual court documents from the court cases involving this scammer are also readily available. |
