The Architect built 10 homes and instead of introducing all the future home owners to each other, he made deals with some, in return of getting favors, on the cost of others.

I was never contacted by the Architect for months after signing and making a down payment. And when I insisted on meeting i was finnaly invited by Beche, who in front told my spouse, she needed to keep an eye on me because one of the neighbors was a single good looking woman!? So much for professionalism and etiquette.

Architect encouraged us to do some of the work ourselves, and explained it would be cheaper, many buyers followed his advice and contracted, painters, tile setters and other finifhing craftsmen themselves...later on the same guy Architect Beche would pronounce that the interference would void any insurance - what a trap.

At the end when the Arcitect is suposed to hand the owners the key and make an inspection, but instead, Architect Beche stayed downstairs by the kitchen table and had me and my wife go around ourselves - didn't want to be bothered...Then he left and never came back to finish!

He forgot to put in walls which are on the blueprints, some walls are even crooked and he cemented close a drain in the laundry room!

He cheated on the land limit, and miss managed the whole border planning and compensated off my back by shorting me on the parcel size!

He didn't trim, eliminate old trees, didn't do the landscaping, but instead just flattened the construction debris and trew some lawn seeds on top of it. The lawn has not been leveled but is totally uneven instead.

Because he missplanned, he had to move the electrical meter to one visitors parking space and we are now short visitors parking (only 2 instead of the 3 initially planned)

Initially 5 visitors places had been planned and showed on the planning project but 3 places as well as covered parking were scratched. Classical Oversold underdelivered case.

In front of the visitors parking ea home has a useless piece of land which should have been devided equally, since it is useless, because its on the other side of the street, detached and sandwiched between parked cars. Missplanning! Amateurs wouldn't operate this way...

Protective walls have not been put up nor any protection from the traffic..I mentioned an accident and fear for my safety to the Architect already who keeps promising to "come by" but never does - he has no intentions to be bothered after he took the money, obviousely.

This Architect knows what he is doing. He specializes on first time home buyers - the are easiest to cheat on all levels. He specializes on immigrants as the also are more vulrenable. And he has a policy to manage complaints one by one, individually. If you have the same issue as your neighbor, he will not come forth on his own and fix it for all...If you dont say anything, he will not do anything. This is clearly dishonest and iresponsible.

I have had a very bad experience with these Architects, they are very dishonest and cannot be trusted. I cant believe the accuse me for their mistakes and intentional short cuts!

I am very unhappy and do not recommend anyone hire or sign up on a new home with this architect.
