Do not buy from J D Closeout. I made a wire transfer for 2,204.76 on 6/27/2011, then contacted my sales rep to confirm my wire transfer. She then told me the 2 pallets i had paid for had already sold to someone else, but not to worry because they had more of the same merchandise to send me. The merchandise item/ description on the invoice states that it is hardware and tools- over stock and surplus Sears. When I recieved the pallets i was extreamly discouraged to see what J D Closeouts sent me. I recieved only 3 items from Sears which were Craftsman; the rest of the small pices are a variety of made in china, non-name brand items for example, super glue, wood glue, saftey googles, oil cones, etc., which i researched and found out Sears does not sell that specific merchandise. I will probably not even get .99 cents for thoes items. I contacted my sales rep and was told i had to speak to a guy named David. I tried getting in touch with him for 3 days and it didn't happen. Therfore, i spoke to my sales rep again she told me she had spoke to David and he didn't call me because he was exhausted. I then asked her to let me speak to Joseph, the president of J D Closeout. When she put Joseph on the line he addressed the situation in a very unprofessional manner he said, "it was not my problem that you bought something online that and haven't even seen, we do not give money back or exchange merchandise", along with much more. When i tried to speak to him he was very disrespectful and cut me off by speaking over me and not letting me speak. It ended by him hanging up on me, and now im stuck with junk!!!! I am open to listen to anyones adivse in this manner to recover from the ripoff from J D Closeout.
