Itech Line has been my lifeline. I do internet marketing so I am on the computer A LOT . Unfortunately I don’t know many basics for repair. It’s only the programs I can operate. I don’t know which part of the service to praise first.
1.Always available. I run into problems all times of the day. If it’s 3 AM or 3PM there is always someone there to help me. All seem equally proficient.
2. I use Support dock to get INSTANT help. With support dock-Live Help we have no communication problems because typing my requests eliminates any accent.
3. When I know where I get the problem, like Java not working on YouTube, I can show the website, they see what’s happening and fix it.
4. When I have no clue what’s causing the problem I describe it as best possible. Then they take control of my machine and fix it.
5. I used to have very high repair costs with a local technician. Now the $199.99 per year I consider an awesome bargain.
ITech Line has changed my life from one of frustration while waiting overnight for help to one of JOY with instantaneous help. |

Description of Complaint: Several issues with the company!!!I was told that they were affiliated with Dell and this a Lie!!I paid them $99.99(The agent originally told me $19.99, and the verification department tried to sneek this $99.99 by me) to remove a virus from my computer(this was to suppose to take 40-50 minutes) and they made matters WORSE. Not only did they not remove the virus, but the technician went through my computer remotely and just erased alot of Data. Something he erased caused my computer to lose the ability to access the internet. I called my internet provider and they could not fix the issue, I called Itechline back and stayed on the phone with a technician for 2 hours trying to fix the mistake the previous technician(From Itechline) caused, I was put on hold several times while he talked to what I guessed were co-workers helping him. Nothing he tried worked. I took my computer to The Geek Squad who was able to remove the virus in minutes, but when it came to getting my computer to access the internet NOTHING worked. He restored, repaired, and anything else he could for 4 hours and could not get my computer to access the internet, the DHCP Cliient Properties will NOT start. I came home and completely restored my computer and still NO internet. I called them back about this issue, and I'm currently still waiting on a refund. I have been transferred all day, I was told on 4 different occasions I would get a call back and never have I gotten one, online address states that they are in Maryland, but another guy told me he was in india. They stated they would refund my $99.99, I have asked several people for confirmation of this by email and no one would send me one.I've spoken to several so called managers and no one has a solution, everyone speaks with an indian accent but surprisingly all have normal American names. I missed a full day and a half of work. |
