Intuit Payment Network
Intuit Payment Network Intuit Payment Network has no idea what they are doing and I am sick of them cheating me Internet, Nationwide
21st of Jun, 2011 by User293107
I tried to signup my business to the Intuit Payment Network. They told me I was declined me because I was outside the US on holiday with non US IP. Now for the good part. They banned my business for life and I am unable to reapply ever. I use Quick Books to process credit cards every month. I have never had a dispute or any problems. I am still able to process credit cards from outside the US. The Intuit Payment Network is totally clueless! 10 years behind PayPal. I hate stupid people so, I am going to post on the top 10 scam / scam sites and back link the posts like crazy! Ban me for life will you!

I loved the idea of integrating Quickbooks with IPN. The problem is is has critical bugs that cause chaos in your books and a loss of customer confidence.

I first found an issue where synching with Quickbooks cleaned up the wrong invoices. It was apparent that the payments referenced the wrong invoice number. Later, customers were unable to make payments because they were told that their invoices had already been paid in full. Perhaps the same issue wiith invoice numbers getting garbled.

The problems don't seem to be addressed by customer service with any sense of urgency. I was told to expect a return phone call later that day when I first brought up the issue. I did not. I called back with further details ... identifying the invoice number problem for them.

I understand the challenges of rolling out software changes on many instances of software that you do not have available to test. However, my installation of Quickbooks is nothing special. I put my trust in Intuit ... as I do for my federal taxes ... and was punished. This has been an embarassment to my fledgling business.

Maybe I am the only one of their customers experiencing this problem ... I doubt it ... but I might just be unlucky. Should you use the service I wish you better luck.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Do not use Intuit. Worse customer service ever. Long long wait times, they hold your funds and when problems come up, they do not want documents to prove anything.

Here is my story. I sold cosmetics to a buyer for $1250.00. Intuit processed the payment. After 4-5 business days, this still did not go through. I called them and I was told they needed to verify with the buyer. No problem. I confirmed the buyer's phone number as they had the phone # as well. Two days later, I was told the funds cleared, it was deposited into my account. I sent the goods to the buyer.

Buyer receives goods, then she went to the bank and lied that she never authorized the transaction. Bank immediately accept buyer's complaint and withdrew money from Intuit's account. Intuit tries to withdraw the money from my account and refused to accept documents/ shipping receipts from me that will prove that the goods were sent to this buyer and that she indeed authorize the transaction.

I tried several times to have them accept my proof that should have been sent to the buyer's bank and the bank would have reversed the funds from the buyer to intuit but intuit did not want to deal with it and told me that I had to sue the buyer and they did not want to get involved.

This was stupid. This only made everything complicated. If they had sent my proof to the bank, the bank would have withdrawn the money from the buyer's account and deposited it back into intuit's account and case would have been closed. My proof would have showed that the items were sent to the same address as in the buyer's bank account.

After 4 months, intuit decides to send my account to collections., What kind of a company is this? They would not take documents to send to the bank, they try to withdraw the funds from my account twice which would have overdrawn my account and they decide to send my name to collections.

Do not use this company unless you are willing to deal with this mess

For 5 months Intuit took $12.95 from our small business checking account, by disguising there identity, (I thought it was some new bank charge) and we did not notice it. On the 6th month I did notice a charge from Intuit. I thought that may be it had something to do with a Quickbooks Program I purchased from Intuit. After an hour and 42 minutes I was told they would cancel our service and refund us for 60 days of service. I told them we did not order their service and we wanted all of the money they stole from us.

Now I am just trying to figure out how to get back our money just for the principle here. If they are doing this to a lot of people out there and getting by with it, they are stealing a lot of money from the public.
