| My company was hired to do search engine optimization and build a new website for Interwest. We found the project to be a complete waste of time. Whenever we needed feedback from them about the project, we would get the runaround, essentially being tossed from one employee to the other without any assistance from them. When the site was completed, they refused to pay for it, saying that they simply weren't satisfied with the relationship that their company had with us, and that it wasn't a good fit. Sure, it seemed like a good fit until billing time came around. We will eventually get our money from them one way or another, but they wasted a lot of unnecessary man hours trying to contact them to get simple feedback about our project. While I'm sure they excel at selling construction signs and such, I would recommend that anyone interested in doing contract work for or with this company reconsider. They are incompetent and rude, and they lack employees who are willing to simply step up and accept any sort of responsibility. Every decision goes back to their owner, who ultimately can't make up his mind about anything and lacks poor judgment. Be warned! These guys are just a nightmare client all around. |

| i have worked with Interwest for about 20 years and have never had this impression about their work ethic they have always been a pleasure to work with. I have worked with all of their office staff and the owner direct. I think they had a good reason not to work with you and for them to say you were not a good fit for their company. The office staff has always been direct and has always returned my calls and has been professional in every matter. As far as the owner having poor judgment I think you have poor juudement of this person because he is a very nice person and has always treated me with respect. I think working with Interwest Safety is and always will be a pleasure not a nightmare. You only worked with with them a short time and I have worked with them for 20 years so I think my judgment is better than yours. |

I have worked with Interwest Safety Supply for the last three years and have never known them to do anything dishonest. I know them to be quality business people who keep their commitments. They have high expectations of their vendors because they are company that prides themselves in excellence. I enjoy working with them as an organization and find your comments misleading. I would recommend that the next time you want to write an opinion about someone and you really believe it, put your name on it.
