ernie told me to sign the sales contract and a we owe form that i was suppost to take to my bank to get approval when i finish with those paper the sales manager told me that i can keep the key of the car that i try they make a temporary registration and keep my key of my suv until bank approved, which bank didnt approved wheni went on monday so i call ernie to let him know my situation and he told me oh don't worry i will contact the bank but in the meantime can you come to the dealer? i said ok.

when i got there they already have my envoy out which i was okay with that because honestly wasn't to much that i can deal with, but ernie talk with joe bizzaro the famous manager and they try to help me out asking me to borrow money from a family member, which i try but unfortunately it didn't work out because the person couldnt come up with the money and my boyfriend was also trying to sell his car to help me out but ernie and joe ended with giving me money for my 96 corolla that doesn't even cost the amount of $ that they put on the sales contract and all this just to make sure that the bank wasn't going to refused to accept the deal. I went to the dealership again and told joe that I didn't want to do anything until i have money on my hand to closed this deal and he told me that because i sign the title of my suv deal is closed and is now his car even that still a lien with my bank which still not approving the loan.

people be aware of this dealership and this joe bizzaro and ernie they work together to ripoff people and don't disclosure any information correctly, BAD DEALERSHIP THAT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY...PEOPLE BE AWARE!!!!!!
