I've given this post much thought as I'm not a vindictive person by nature but the public has to be warned about this company and in particular, this individual. Chronology of events: On or about, March 20th, 2011, I brought my 2000 Porsche Carrera in for service. Being new to the area, I needed to find somebody close that I could trust. Integrity Motorcar came up first on my Google Search so I decided to pay the place a visit. Upon arriving, I found the front office to be unattended. I decided to look down the hall and was greeted by a very unfriendly person by the name of Sevan Garabedian. Looking back, I wish I had just left due to this persons foul disposition but I'm a believer in good faith so I decided to tell Sevan about the work I needed done on my car. Sevan claimed he was the owner and told me to wait outside for a few minutes and he would then discuss my vehicle. I did as I was told and eventually he came out to take a look. I explained to him that I needed both valve gaskets sealed as well as a passenger side wheel bearing. I also told him the car was shaking over 60 MPH and I believed it to be the tires. He said he would look into all the issues, but if I was going to have the valve gaskets replaced, I might as well get the 90K service done. I agreed. He then presented a work order with a $350 estimate to JUST look at the issues and orally told me I would be looking at around $1400 to have the proposed work completed. I said that was fine and then he told me he would not look at the car for a week. I thought this was an unreasonable amount of time to simply analyze the car for repairs, but he told me he was busy and I understood. One week later I had not heard a word. I gave it a few more days, the weekend came and passed so I decided to give him a call. He told me he would be working on the car soon and he would get back to me. After 3 more weeks, I was getting worried and sent him an email. Sevan stated that he had finished the valve covers, wheel bearing but did not fix the shake. He then went into a 20 minute explanation telling me he was a Bosch certified technician and he found my wheels were not perfectly round??? He said NOTHING on the planet is perfectly round but he felt he could get rid of 98% of the steering shake by replacing the front tires. He told me he had some good used tires for $150 and I told him, that was fine. He then stated give him a few more days and he would have the car completed. A few more days passed, I did not hear from him so I called him again. He stated that the car was completed and I needed to pick it up that day without exception. I began to feel very weary about this guy. He took over 5 weeks to complete a simple job, then all of a sudden I needed to be there that day. He dropped this news on me at 3:00 PM on a Friday by the way and I actually do have a personal life. I explained to him I would be in after the weekend, (since he his not open on weekends). On Monday, I sent him an email asking him if he could make sure my a/c was charged and working OK before I picked up the car. After all, the car was dropped off there in the spring, and summer was now approaching. He emailed me back and stated the a/c does not work and there are numerous issues that he could not address. He then dropped the BOMBSHELL on me. Sevan at Integrity Motorcar sent me the following email: Hi Lance, We regret to inform you that if the Porsche is not picked up by 10:00 AM tomorrow morning 5/12/11, we will be left with no choice but to place a lien on the vehicle along with all of the storage fees. Our previous attempts to reach you via e mail and telephone have been unsuccessful. Please bring cash as it will be the only form of payment that we can accept at this point. This means no checks, no credit cards. We apologize that it has to be this way, but given the circumstances, we are left with no choice but to make this business decision. This SOB had a plan in mind and premeditated the potential ownership of my Porsche by constant delays and BS. After receiving the email, I kindly asked what the total was since he never stated it in is email which is a flat out lie. HE COULD NOT REACH ME??? WTF!!! Every time I spoke with this monkey he told me he needed more time. Anyway, he told me I needed to bring $3200 in CASH. I'm not sure how we got from $1400 to $3200 so I asked him to either email or fax me a receipt. HE NEVER DID. So I went to my bank, withdrew $3200 and had my wife bring me to this thief's shop. The guy looked at me like he didn't know who I was and I actually had to state my name and tell him I was there to pick up my 2000 Porsche Carrera. Then this condescending creep had the audacity to say, having tough times are we? What the hell is wrong with this guy. I was so sick, I could not even think straight. I then presented $3200 in cash to retrieve my car, he was obviously intending on keeping. He proceeded to yell into the shop to some poor guy actually working for this scam to bring out my car. I took the receipt in which he performed only a PORTION of the promised work and I walked out front to get my baby. The car was so dirty, I could not recognize it. My Porsche is Guards Red and I keep it immaculate. These charlatans didn't even have the decency to deliver a clean car to me after what they had put me through. $3200 or I will keep your car!!! Are you serious!! I drove the car home and on the way, I noticed many problems with my Porsche, none of which were pre-existing conditions. My car started to overheat, there were strange sounds from the engine compartment and there was overwhelming exhaust fumes coming up through the car. None of these problems existed previous to my dreadful visit to NO Integrity Motorcar. Now I'm sure a lot of you are saying, why did I not return there with the car? Well, I think that is pretty obvious. I WOULD NEVER go back there and I am making this post to warn ANYONE who is considering this place, NOT TO GO THERE!!! I am almost positive this guy has done this in the past to people and I would not be surprised one bit if this guy has actually placed liens on customers cars. BRING IN $3200 in cash now or else??? Serious? What a douche. I now have a Porsche that needs more work than ever and I'm out $3200. This Sevan guy NEVER performed the 90K service, he didn't do half the work he promised, charged me more than double the original estimate, and almost stole my d**n car. I WANT EVERYONE reading this post to warn potential clients of this guy. DO NOT patronize this shop.
He is up to NO GOOD and you will suffer. This guy has a serious scam going and he will steal your car. That's it. Take it for what its worth.
