| Integrity asset services will not pay me. They have told me all kinds of excuses for a while about the direct deposit not working, overnighting checks and now they wont even return phone calls or emails. It has been over two weeks of me emailing them every day and leaving voice mails. I went to the address they have listed and it doesnt exist either. before they were past due it was never an issue getting a hold of them. i am owed thousands of dollars by these people! DO NOT DO WORK FOR THEM! please spread the word so other people dont get into the same situation |

| Richard Rogriguez (Reyes) is his legal last name which he doesn't give out, owes me almost 10K. He is a con-artist and has been getting away with it since 2008. Integrity-Asset.com, Integrity-Wireless, Integrity Preservation, Southwest Field Services are all the business names he's operated under. There are a lot of contractors that have been screwed by him. |

I am a small property preservation contractor located in western Colorado. I contracted two grass cuts and a winterization in September 2010 through a company named Integrity Custom Contracting. The company is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The owner of the company is Richard Rodriguez.
The three jobs that I completed included over 400 miles of traveling and took two days to complete. After completing these orders, I sent in the required photos and invoices totaling $650.
Two months later, I still had not recieved payment. My emails and phone messages regarding payment were never answered.
In December, I received an email asking if I would be willing to complete 5 more jobs for them. I declined, stating that I never recieved payment for the previous orders. That was the last I had ever heard from them.
They had since disconnected their phones, email, and website.
If anyone is in a property preservation contractor, I am warning them that Richard Rodriguez is a crook. I suggest that you do some research in the company before you accept any work.
I have spoken with other contractors that were scammed by the same person. I hope this will help other people to keep from getting stolen from as well.
As for Richard, I hope that soon you will realize that you are stealing from real people with real families. Deep down I know that you have a conscience that is and will continue to eat away at you.
