I call the number and the same prick answers the phone. I kept on asking what the name of the company you are representing. He didn't answer my question. He wanted to read an affidavit to me. I was interested so he I listened. He indicated that I was being sued for 8,800 on apayday loan. I then asked him who is the company suing me. He said instacash. They go by other names and mentioned a payday loan company that I did deal with. I know I've paid them back so now I just wanted to him continue. He said I can settle this by paying him $689.73. I laughed at him and told me to send paperwork. He said that he would e-mail it to me. He never did.

I contacted the payday loan company CashNetUsa and informed them about my call and they are well aware of the scam going on and being investigated.
