I received a call on my phone from the number 0000 so I didn't answer it. Today, I received a call at work from a woman with a very heavy accent telling me that I was being taken to court and I had better have a lawyer becauseI had defaulted on a loan from this company Instacash. She told me that she was informing me of the companys decision and that I had been sent 15 e-mails and since I did not respondthe courts were going to prosecute me and that I was in alot of trouble. I told her I never received any e-mails and I didn't know what she was talking about. I have payday loan but it is paid every time. She knew myr references and the name of my bank. She told me I was going to pay for this and said she might be able to help me and transferred me to her repayment office

She connected me to some man named Zach Roberts, who said he was in Florida. He gave me a phone number which was 661-228-3157. I found out thisnumber was aCalifornia number and when u call it, u get a voice mail. He told me that the company would not make any payment arrangements with me and that I was going to court and that I was going to be made an example of. I wanted proof of this and he told me his "boys" would be out to see me with all of the documentation I needed. He said he would either come to my home or place of employment. I told him if he came to my job I would sue them. Then I informed him I was getting a lawyer and hung up.
