Insphere Insuranace Solutions Insphere Insurance are modern day Slave Owners - No Business Ethics and Big Time Scammers!!!! Southfield, Michigan
18th of Mar, 2013 by User522043
Beware of Insphere Insurance Solutions! This company recruits you, sells you on how they are a global company that is owned by Blackstone Group and how you will receive stock shares once you start selling health products to individuals and their families. And that they provide the BEST leads at no cost to you. That you will receive world-class product training and support from their corporate office. They have to go out and attain your own licensing classroom training, pre-licensing exams and State exams all at your own expense with the promise that you will be greatly compensated in this industry. So almost $1,000 later, you begin your journey through Hell.....I call employment at Insphere Insurance Solutions!
What they don't tell you after you come on board is, you don't receive any stocks in this so-called company until you have been selling for a year by which time you will be gone as they have a revolving door of new hires and constant job ads on Monster and CareerBuilder. They also don't tell you that they deduct a percentage of your commission per paycheck to buy you leads from several BAD, and I mean Bad lead companies. You call these leads only to find out that at least 50 other insurance agents have called these potential customers. AND that most of them had never requested an insurance quote. They were scammed into submitting their contact information in the first place. So you're calling people that have been called 50 times only to be yelled at for not even requesting anything.
As far as the world-class training goes, there is none! they give you brochures of all the carriers and tell you to go out and sell. My Zone manager, Mark Zayti was a complete indiot. I guess if you scam and stay long enough with a company they give you your own office. This guy would come in for a schedule meeting and talk about things he talked about at the previous meeting. When in a training class you would ask specific questions about products, he would ask you to go ask someone that sells that product. Or go talk to your sales leader. In my case was Kurt Delfin. Another BS specialist who abviously was given that leader role for being good at bull**itting his team of sales people. Never had a clue about products and never wouldride along with you to appointments to help you learn your job. But that was their sales pitch to come work for them and aslo part of their world-class training. Then if you were lucky enough to sell any products, they had this God-awful point rating system that they put on a board for the whole company to see. Funny thing, both Mark (POS) Zayti and Kurt (feminate product)Delfin could not explain how these these points work , nor how they came up with this system.
Here is the kicker, they lowered our commissions 3 times in the 6 months I worked there. And never ant anytime did they ever mention it to us in the countless and useless meetings they had us go to.
When I brought this up, they acted like they just heard it for the first time and asked me to call the corporate office for an explaination. Which I did, and then they would tell me to talk to my zone manager. You get the point by now. They play these games with you, your time and your money until you quit. Then after you quit, they terminate all your appointments with all the major healthcare carriers like, United, Humana, Aetna and lofe insurance carriers. Then they say you can't work for anyone for 6 months and until any commission draw defiencies have been paid. What I found out was they tacked on months of errors and omissions fees, vesting service fees (still don't now what this is) and interest fees for all of this. They nickle and dimed me for almost a $1,000 that is still due because they keep tacking on junk fees to make sure I can't work anywhere else in the insurance industry until they get their extorsion money. Even thoughmy 6 months have ended. I contacted the carriers directly to get appointed and they told me I have to get a release form signed by Insphere to release me, I tried and guess what? I was told I have money defiencies that need to be paid for them to release me. Even though I haven't worked for them in a year. Talk about Modern day Slavery and Extorsion!!!!!! BEWARE of Insphere Insurance Solution. In Detroit area, Please Stay away from MARK ZAYTI!!! He is a Crook, A LIAR and an UNETHICAL FRAUDSTER!!!
