This company originally contacted me back in July of 2010. I get a lot of companies that call and say they have already sold my timeshare and I knew they are a scam after researching their website. These guys however took a bit more time and had more of a polished act. Even offering a money back guarantee. I did not want to deal with them at the moment but I had been unemployed for over a year so I knew I needed to do something. So I fell for it. After signing up and paying the fee. I was for the next month constantly told one lie after another about where my sale was. After that my calls were never answered or returned. Email updates were never sent. I decided to do a chargeback on my credit card. At which time I started to get a lot of nasty letters from them, threatening a lawsuit against me. They appealed the chargeback and won, saying that they only agreed to advertise the timeshare. The advertisement that they put up in my behalf is the wrong timeshare, wrong price, wrong association dues. Completely fraudulent advertising. Now they have started to charge my credit again, and I have 2 more charges (if not more) that I having to refute. Long story short. If this company contacts you. Hang up and don't sign a thing! |

I just got off the phone with a James Anderson from this company. He told me that a large corporation was buying up a million Bluegreen vacation points, and they would buy my 8, 000. Also, they would get my money back from a listing company to which I had given back in 2009. It didn't matter that the company was out of business. I asked him why this large corporation did not just purchase the points off ebay, where they are almost being given away. Of course he had a smooth answer for that. Then the moment of truth came when he informed me that I had to purchase title insurance for $1900 before the sell could go through. I told him where he could put his head, and hung up. Why don't these people get a real job? |

Wow, just got off the phone from David Ryan. Even gave me the website and a legal website which listed scam companies so I could see they were legit... offered me $15, 900 for a studio unit with NO upfront fees. Asked where he got paid from and he said the buyer paid him. Said I'd check them out and he gave me his number... I guess he knows anyone who asks questions and checks them out won't call back... thanks for the heads up |
