This company is a joke, I dealt directly with the owner and he is a liar.. I hired infinite to install tv's, a home theater system in my media room and install keypads for lighting and other tv's. From the get go it was plagued with over promising and under delivering. It took several weeks just to run wires, then follow that up with the friendly "bump" of , oh I forgot to include a controller system for your theatre room..... The individual I dealt with was Ron Jones, he is the owner and has a nice little showroom in Charlotte. This is where he will show you all the things the system can do there and none of what it will do in the field. Ron has a way of keeping his customers in "the corner" by lying and dancing around the problem. I however am nit your average customer and would not let this conman go to work on my family.... Another example of his lying is selling me a 3d TV and a 3D blue ray and trying to use a receiver that is not 3d compatible!! COME ON MAN . This project started in October 2010, it is now Jan 2011 and I still have an incomplete system and issues that he will not back.. I have taken steps to bring in another company to finish the job that this "butcher" started... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will literally sell you a bag of goods!!!!
