| I paid $19.99 for registration with this company because their site stated that they could jailbreak and unlock my iPhone 4 running the latest OS update. I needed to get it unlocked so that I could use the phone on T-Mobile's network. I had already jailbroken the phone, just needed to get it unlock. After paying for a membership and going through their materials, the did not have ANY instructions on how to unlock my iPhone. I emailed them several times and even emailed "Dwayne" directly twice at disputes (at) ineedjailbreak.com but never got a response back from them. It feels like they are ignoring me in the hopes that I will eventually just go away. I consider this poor customer service. I wasted my money and I strongly encourage others to NOT use this service. Do not give them any money! |

| i have had numerous problems with ineedjailbreak.com! i wanted a refund after following the instructions my not 30 day old 3gs iphone crashed, i wrote in all they sent me was send me $30 more and we can fix it for you! if i had the $50 to begin with i would of did that from the get go. they're customer support seriously SUCKS!!@!! |

| This company should be on the scam list in my opinion...they claimed to be able to unlock my I Phone 4 with the latest software and were unable to do so. So far I lost my $19.99 and then another $40.99 for their Gold membership service...where they put you on hold for extended periods of time and then lie to you more about things. They also will are claiming they cannot refund my money. I will be pursuing legal action against them if they are unable to resolve this. I would definitely warn people to stay far away from this company. |

| I purchased the gold membership for my 3GS, and they unlocked it in about 20 minutes flat. Totally worth the money. Its a great customer service. Rick was amazing. |

| I purchased the gold membership from ineedjailbreak.com and they could not unlock the 4 or the 4s I have, custumer service sucks and the mony back warranty is false!!! they did bot honored it. I also I emailed them several times but never got a response back from them. I wasted my money and I strongly encourage others to NOT use this service. Do not give them any money! I also sent them a couple comments on facebook and they just BLOCKED ME!! |

I paid iNeedjailbreak via paypal from their link and now they claim the link was to someone else.
Result I LOSE.
