This company is very deceptive and is a scam. I started with this Company and was told that this was to be treated as if it was my own business, after I paid the upfront money($350) I was told that they would work with us for as long as it takes. I started around the middle of December and my trainer J. Schroader, unknown to me at the time, she would not be available to help with my training for almost 3 weeks because of her family and the holidays, so this is 3 weeks lost. I was already struggling to make ends meet. If I had know I would of thought twice about it. I tried to stay positive and learn as much as I could. In my interview with Bruce Tripp I asked him what the expectations where and he said just to come to the trainings.(Tuesday evenings) Later on the expectations increased like call in 3 times a week with numbers and go to Friday meetings or you will be penalized! They hook you in with these free leads that are older than the hills! I liked the product but the leadership sucks! They use you up and spit u out and then then steal your money for what? Their crap! I did my best to produce and made a sale, but had issues with not enough money, computer crashed and printers issue( don't think you can use theirs!) so I was trying to build what I thought was my own business(what they make you think) In all actuality you are treated like and employee! Watch out for the unspoken rules! I went to Tuesday phone trainings, but the 2 hrs were eaten up by J. Schroeders personal business stuff, or answering peoples questions, the office was to small for proper training for anyone, she would say things like come on in an we will see if we can get you some appointments(not) never happenend! Oh and don't ever bother her after 7 at night that was her family time???? What did we pay all this upfront money for? After 9 weeks of training I was let go for failure to produce? I was in shock it was never mentioned in the trainings, or talked about and no warnings! They do this on purpose so that they can steal what business you left behind and keep the upfront money you paid to put up with all their bullsh*t! Unless you are a well seasoned sales professional stay away from this company it is a hiring scam and they are stealing innocent peoples money and don't think twice about it! Since when do we pay to get a job? What was I thinking! Stay away bad news! |
