Have not received the Classic Birth Plate ordered.

Beware! My credit card was charged,they received the money, I didn't receive anything. Birth Plate has not been delivered. I ordered from In Your Name a birthplate for my great-niece as years ago I received one from a totally different co. for my 40 yr. old child, then a newborn. , it was a great gift..I searched the web for "personilized gifts" and" In Your Name " came up. Because the 5 star YAHOO shopping logo" Top Rated Merchant "was present,I ordered the plate on 12/27/2011.I received the Shipping Payment Order Review Confirmation per email.Because it was right after the holidayI did not rush order but expected delivery in about 2 weeks, to be sent out USPS Priority Mail (cost $ 4:95). Called the Customer Service # mid-January got "mailbox full" didn't speak to anyone, left a message to call back r/t order #IYN-16086 , no response I decided to do more f/u 2/24/2012 as I verified with my niece the plate was not received.. I called the phone # 205-678-3795 ,a recording said the # was changed to 205-678-3795 also the email was changed to [email protected]. The mailbox was again full couldn't leave a message. emailed r/t order 2/24/2012,no response yet. Called the Police Dept. in Millbrook AL.to report, they will investigate, area code is not local,is a cell#. Credit Card Co. verified account was charged & paid out on 12/27/2011.

I am going through a similar experience with InYourName.biz. Placed order on Feb 7, also a personalized birth plate, and also received an email confirmation and my PayPal account charged same day. No sign of item. Have left various messages and sent emails as well. Just filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau in AL and also with PayPal to hopefully get money refunded. A call to police, as stated above, will be my next step. I wish I had read online reviews before ordering! Wish I could post a warning on the company's website so no one else has to waste their time and money on this fraudlent woman!

We are in the same boat...I ordered a birth plate from In your name in Dec. 2011. I have not heard
from her or received any returned phone calls or e-mails.. My account was charged and she was paid.
I thought it might have been lost in the mail, but now I know better. I have been waiting for this delivery
from parcel post- that everytime he drives by I am anticipating him to STOP_. Shame on you Cheryl...
