| Impact Knowledge Institute in St. George, Utah was supposed to help with getting me started with my own web site, from the $9,700.00 charge that they put on my charge thought they would do more then call once a week for a few weeks, found out that I had to pay for everything that would start up a site, this one coach we very helpful at first until I told him about having this company to get me a tax ID etc, he got upset(I called him because he asked me to when I sold 2 items on face book.I can’t afford this mainly because of the great amount of money you STOLE from me, that was my money to start up and thought it would be but no it was just to hear people talk for a few minutes a week during a so called coaching call?? And Impact Knowledge Institute suppose to help me with all of these things!! They told me to call him the next day, so I called everyday for 3 days and left messages on both phones and Impact never got back with me. They kew it was because his company would not get more money out of me for that TAX ID, was very irritated and do not think they should keep my $9, 700.00, thats all I had on my charge and could not go forward with this if I wanted to since they took it all, all the costs etc thought that was what the $9, 700.00 was for, they won't refund it or even part of it, and I will tell anyone and everyone I can about this company, why $9, 700.00? for what? Now I know that the license and tax id costs what? $15, 000 to $20, 000? You have to be rich just to get a website and go on line, everyone wants a piece of the pie and the pie is gone and I hope you are happy with yourselves, can’t afford to go on, never was told about ALL these hidden costs that adds up so darn high, and for Impact Knowledge to charge a monthly charge on top of what has been taken from me, can’t believe you charge that price for what you offer, how do you think I can do this with your company taking my money, have none to continue with all these charges and won’t go on and get in any deeper.I can't afford to just give them money like that and then to get snubbed by this person that is not what I call professional, left so many messages each day an NEVER called back, just heart sick over the whole thing.this is part of the email that I sent I have a good reason to give a great testamony on how to be taken with out even knowing it, now I also know why they hung up on me after telling me to call him the next day and didn’t want to hear about the 2 items that was sold on ebay that he wanted me to call Impact Knowledge Institute so he could help me through it, he didn’t want anything to do with me once he found out that I signed up with Impact Knowledge Institute for a tax ID and license, he got mad because Impact Knowledge Institute would be out of that money and then to offer to do a web site at a price is like a slap in the face after taking over 4, 100$ which is terrible for what you do.I can’t believe that you people can sleep with a clear conscience of what you do to people like me.Believe me those 3 days that I tried to call Impact Knowledge Institute and they IGNORED my calls will be told, call anytime day or night, won’t answer you anyways, thank you very much Impact Knowledge... don’t think you are getting away with it either. |
