| Mughsots.com supplies a 'vendor list' which allows them to avoid direct receipt of money for mugshot removal. They use a middleman so the transaction processing won't say 'GOLDMANROSA' which is who actually receives payment for all mugshots removed on mugshots.com. Goldman & Rosa Charge $250 per file, regardless of disposition, financial situation, or any other insinuating circumstances. Then the 'middleman' will double the fee. Honest reputation firms REFUSE to participate with databases owners that charge exorbitant fees, fail to update dispositions, and provide no alternatives, effectively making their database a discriminatory entity. After dealing with them, it's likely that was indeed the intent. Insist that Goldman & Rosa take process your transaction, or inform them you will file a report to the Florida Bar Association. http://www.floridabar.org |

The mugshot removal internet sites are all said to be in collusion with mugshots.com and its owners Kim Elaine Landolfi (aka Kim Boynton, Elaine Landolfi), Daniel Patrick Landolfi (aka Daniel Patrick, Patrick Landolfi), Gerald Michael Landolfi Jr (aka Michael Landolfi, Gerald Michael) who, according to scam reports and rip off reports are the owners / operators of Mugshots.com in Southwest Florida: 8068 Rose Marie Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33472 (and) 6451 N Federal Hwy, Ste 1200, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33308.

I retract these statements made in reply to the poster’s claim.
Less than 24 hours after commenting to this report, a website containing all the information I repeated (in comments/reply here) removed all its content. Now the website only says “content pending.” I now believe the owner of that website made intentional false claims, which I happened upon in my search for the ownership of the above mentioned mugshot website.
Also, other scam reporting websites have also removed others’ postings, containing the same information attributed to the named people mentioned above. Although some can still be seen, the more detailed posts seem to now be gone or edited.
I am 100% certain it is a fact that the people named as owners of the above mentioned mugshot website have absolutely nothing to do with that mugshot website in any capacity whatsoever. To date 4 reliable sources have confirmed that fact.
Further, I’ve recently learned many individuals and groups of individuals own multiple domains. It is not unusual for “internet people” to own 25, 50, 100 or even 100's of domain names, rather it is typical. Therefore, the discovery of such activity is in no way the red-flag it may appear in lump-sum.
In addition, the website which now says, “content pending” provided a picture of a court paper stating a certain fraud charge from 2006. What that picture deliberately cropped off was the box checked “adjudication withheld.” That is, the case was dropped. Therefore, not only was the case dropped, there’s no proof whatsoever of same identity.
I have only posted in reply to others’ initial claims regarding this matter; and only here, on this website.
To the falsely named people above: I was duped. I am beside myself with relentless anguish. I am sincerely and tremendously sorry I repeated FALSE claims and FALSE activities, just because I foolishly mistook others’ postings and websites as factual when they in fact were and are unfactual. I can only beg your forgiveness and promise to never bark up your tree ever again.
Numerous emails requesting deletion of the above comments in reply to the poster’s initial claim have gone unanswered. Also, emailing doesn’t always work. It says I’m not logged in when I am and other various problems. And there is no author functionality as suggested, otherwise I would have deleted the comments myself less than 24 hours later. To this website: PLEASE REMOVE ALL MY COMMENTS. PLEASE!
