This Anita person who says she is Alex is a real nut case and will lie to get what they want...stay away its a bad company and you won't get what you order I gave up on thinking I would ever receive my purchase. | Hi I'm dealing with the same thing. I placed my order June 1 and they took my money and told me Iwould get my item this week and have sent me nothing. I have sent emails and place phone calls with no luck. Does anyone know what can be done ? I don't understand how a company can get away with this?! |

| Hi I have ordered two times from ideelworld and got my items and love them all. I never had a problem. Sorry to hear the negative posts as they actually over delivered on dates for our wedding we used a gazebo and an arbor. It was custom made and it was beautiful. thank you ideelworld! |

| I'm having a problem with Ideelworld as well. I placed an order on June 4th, company would not provide tracking number and their website would not work to locate this information. They finally shipped the wrong item on July 5th. I tried to return the item but could not locate a return shipping address. Was provided the shipping info today and the package was returned a second time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will get a full refund. |

Oh no, I've been scammed too. I placed an order on 6/13, and did not receive it by last week -- so I contacted Ideelworld. And, at first my cc co. thought the charge was fraudulent, as Ideelworld sent my Visa payment through a U.K. payment gateway.
I got an email reply from Ideelworld on 7/15, saying my item had just shipped, and had been "custom ordered." The wall art arrived on 7/21, but was the WRONG ITEM. After investigating, I found that Ideelworld had bought a similar item for much less off eBay (from a valid seller), and shipped it to me! Today, the Ideelworld website is conveniently "down."
Now I am trying to dispute the credit card charge - terrible.
I'm a frequent online shopper and have not encountered this kind of insidious, flaky scam before! Terrible - AVOID IDEELWORLD AND TRANQUILITIY ALLEY. |

| I placed a $1, 300.00 order on June 30th and have been given the run around about my product. "Order delayed, order shipped by artist" and still no tracking numbers, or responses!! Anyone receive any restitution yet?? |

| does anyone know how to find Ideelworld's Registered Agent? I am trying to take them to small claims court, but need their Registered Agent Information. I cannot find it anywhere and without this info i cannot take them to small claims. |

| We placed our order in April and were promised delivery in 30-45 days. Guess what? We were stiffed for over $1500. There latest comment to us was that our table was held up in customs. The only thing that was held up here was us! |

| Custom table orderd in april. We were refunded a portion of the payment because it went throught money bookers thru Amex. The initial $1300 has not been refunded. They keep saying they will contact us when the shipment arrives from Italy and clears customs. THere have been very vague responses and of course no tracking number or delivery date. |

This girl is a joke! its crazy how everyone has complained but the third comment down. its probably her trying to cover up all the lies and scams. I don't think its any one else but her scamming most people who scam brings down the people in their lives along with them. Now she has another website called shopbeyondthis.com do not order off there either. I'm sorry to all the people that this has happened to I hope she gets what she deserves!!! She is a known felon and has been incarcerated for her online activity.

I'M THE OWNER OF A FACTORY NEAR FLORENCE(ITALY) THAT WORKED FOR IDEELWORLD LAST YEAR.THIS MAN CHARLES KOTTER PLACED ME ORDER FOR 1000 EURO.AFTER MANY REQUESTS HE PAID ME BY PAYPAL, BUT NOT THE COMPLETE AMOUNT.
AFTER ONE MONTH THAT I SHIPPED THE GOODS FROM ITALY TO PAWLAYS ISLAND WHERE HE SAID TO HAVE THE SHOP, UPS CONTACTED ME PRETENDING TO PAY ALL THE COST OF SHIPMENT EVEN IF IN THE TRUCK LETTER WAS WRITTEN THAT HE WOULD HAD BE TO PAY.
UPS TOLD ME THAT HE HAS NOT AN ACCOUNT.NOW UPS REQUEST ME 5000 EURO FOR THIS COST.
ATTENTION TO THIS COMPANY !!NOW HIS ACCOUNT NR IS OPEN!!

| Anita Langeland Bolsoni aka Anita Hansen rented my condo Oct 2013. First month rent never was paid. It took until Jan 2014 to evict her. I traced her through the (suspended) license tag on her late model Jaguar sedan to another address 108 Sea Level Loop, Pawleys Island, SC 29585. She said her online business is theMarket 71. She and the site are very impressive, the trademark of the con artist she is! |
