I saw this add on t.v. for this child toy wuggles. I went to the web address and the first thing the asked for was credit card info. I thought I was going to purchase this- so I complied. After I put the info- I thought I would get a drop menu on all the prices to decide what I wanted. However once I clicked to see what they had- I bought that package, I only wanted to see what it contained !- it did not have a place to cancel it, and they were going to take the money anyway. I thought I must have done something wrong - so I went back on thier site, and tried a differant package trying to comapare, oops I bought it again, I tought there would be a confirmation spot to either place the order or cancel- but nope - I imedately tried to contact them by e-mail customer service & e- mail- along with phoning them. Nothing- I couldn't contact them. So I called my bank- they advised me to close my account and start a new one. Thankfully I did that. I recieved an e-mail this morning stating my payment was declined! I tried to contact them again- I got a automated run around big time ! So please be careful with this company. once you click no return. I will be calling bbb and attorney general on this matter, if they did it to me, how many others did they scam?
